Volunteer Training | Adaptive Mountain Biking


We will be hosting a volunteer training for all of our volunteers interested in assisting with our mountain bike clinics at Dupont State Forest. Half of the training will be focused on specific adaptations and systems we will be using during clinics, and the other half will be focused on disability awareness education. If you are interested in this training, you must be a current Peace of Adventure volunteer. New volunteers: Please submit a volunteer registration in addition to this sign up by CLICKING HERE.

Where: Guion Farms parking area - 3045 Sky Valley Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28739
When: July 31, 2018 @ 6:30-9:00pm
What: Opportunity to build the mountain biking community by learning how to work with a individuals with a variety of disabilities and the equipment they use.  
Who: Anyone interested in volunteering with POA’s adaptive cycling program.
Why: Because you’re awesome and we want awesome people to be a part of this program.

*Providing your own biking equipment is preferred, but Peace of Adventure can supplement equipment if necessary, please contact kyle@peaceofadventure.org if you require any gear.
